Our customer service is strong
and growing with the leadership of Phil Salvo who joined us
after leaving Time/Life Magazine. Each new title is assigned
to a customer service representative and they handle the
details every time it prints. We have modernized our
workflow and invested in an add-on to Hagan (our shop floor
data management system) called Toolbox - this system helps
ensure all the information on your job is communicated
clearly to every department.
Our prepress department is
second to none. Having moved to a PDF workflow several years
ago before it became an industry standard, we use Rampage
RIPing software to give you consistent proofs and print
quality. Our online proofing system, DaLim is a new
value-added service which is available through client login
on this website (see the link above in the silver bar).
Credit information is available
online for you to view & download. This section includes
credit card authorization forms, ACH direct debit
authorization forms and an application for credit with
Freeport Press Inc.
