Our popular font Fridays continue, with two great handwriting fonts this week that are perfect for spring and summer projects.
The first is Summer, a handwriting font that comes in six styles and 500+ characters, from the talented hands of Latvian designers Gatis Vilaks and Evita Vilaka. It’s breezy, modern and fun, yet has a heft to it that keeps the message front and center. You can get the light version for free; the complete set is a steal at $4.95.
Vilaks is also behind our next offering, with Krišjānis Mežulis — SUNN serif font. They wanted to create a handwriting font that would still be a little bit “clumsy” but with a strong construction underneath. I think they nailed it.
